About
I work on backend systems: API gateways, caches, queues, and retrieval pipelines.
At Kyndryl I shipped a RAG recommendation service and rebuilt the API gateway behind five microservices. At Oracle I led delivery for CX Sales and built the SSO integration used across the product line.
I like fast feedback loops, boring infrastructure, and code that is easy to delete. Outside of work I write about distributed systems on my blog.

- Designed a RAG stock-recommendation service in FastAPI with LangChain and Pinecone. It serves 500k+ monthly queries, with Redis caching holding sub-100ms p99 on cached paths.
- Refactored the Java API gateway in front of five microservices. Circuit breakers, timeouts, and query tuning cut p99 latency from 850ms to 280ms.
- Rolled out JWT-based OIDC across eight Java services securing 1M+ monthly requests, with a staged cutover and zero downtime.

- Led technical delivery for CX Sales, used by 50k+ customers. SSR, caching, and payload work cut page load 60% and raised release cadence 3x.

- Built enterprise SSO integration across four applications using OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
